&#60;ul&#62;&#60;li&#62;&#60;b&#62;Technical Expertise:&#60;/b&#62; Develop a deep understanding of Memfault's platform, features, and integration process to provide expert guidance during the onboarding process.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;&#60;b&#62;Project Management:&#60;/b&#62; Manage the delivery, development, and integration of Memfault, ensuring clear communication of scope, dependencies, and accountability. Maintain detailed project plans and timelines.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;&#60;b&#62;Customer Centric:&#60;/b&#62; Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their technical requirements and goals, identify opportunities, and provide tailored onboarding plans to meet their needs. Align onboarding priorities with their business goals.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;&#60;b&#62;Stakeholder Education:&#60;/b&#62; Develop and lead training sessions and workshops to ensure engineers and leaders working with us understand the benefits of Memfault.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;&#60;b&#62;Stakeholder Management:&#60;/b&#62; Act as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related activities. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams across Memfault and the customer.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;&#60;b&#62;Risk Management:&#60;/b&#62; Anticipate, identify and communicate risks with urgency, ensuring timelines and expectations are aligned and met. Proactively manage issues, resolve roadblocks, escalate, and challenge the customer when needed.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;&#60;b&#62;Implementation Expertise: &#60;/b&#62;Partner with Solutions Architects to understand technical requirements and customization needed, and advocate for prioritization and urgency of Memfault adoption.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;/ul&#62;&#60;br /&#62;&#60;h4&#62;Why You May Be a Fit:&#60;/h4&#62;
&#60;ul&#62;&#60;li&#62;Experience in technical program management within the Hardware or IoT Industry&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;You are tenacious, act with urgency, and follow through every time&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering complex technical projects.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;Technical aptitude, curiosity, and the ability to build deep product knowledge&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to customer personas in engineering, support, QA, and leadership.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;Excellent organizational and communication skills to drive projects forward and ensure successful client onboarding.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;li&#62;Ability to navigate customer processes and manage risks effectively.&#60;/li&#62;&#60;/ul&#62;&#60;br /&#62;&#60;h4&#62;Even Better If You Have:&#60;/h4&#62;
