&#60;p&#62;&#60;span style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;As a Web Front End Engineer at Bilt, you&#8217;ll join a renowned team that is transforming the future of renting. You&#8217;ll be working closely with the front end engineering and product teams to develop user-facing features and given the opportunity to work across the React web app.&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;&#60;strong&#62;In this role you will:&#60;/strong&#62;&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;li style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;&#60;span style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;Write well designed, testable, efficient code&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/li&#62;
&#60;li style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;&#60;span style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;Identify opportunities to refactor and make features more robust&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/li&#62;
&#60;li style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;&#60;span style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;Coordinate with QA to test new features&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/li&#62;

&#60;li style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;&#60;span style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;Proven experience in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node &#38;amp; Babel&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/li&#62;
&#60;li style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;&#60;span style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;Strong UX design skills, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/li&#62;
&#60;li style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;&#60;span style="font-weight: 400;"&#62;Understanding of how to optimize the delivery of code and assets to a browser or device&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/li&#62;

&#60;p&#62;We are considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role.&#38;nbsp; As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range.&#38;nbsp; Bilt&#38;nbsp; rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The salary range for a Front End Engineer is 160K - 200K and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance based bonus.&#60;/p&#62;
