 &lt;div&gt;You will be part of the engineering team at ATC, where your main focus will be to drive our current application&amp;apos;s evolution from a diligence tool into an enterprise, collaborative platform. Our product&amp;apos;s mission is to expedite the land use approval process by providing our customers streamlined access to critical information and sophisticated workflow tools. We&amp;apos;re a first-mover addressing the most critical part of the real estate development process, and we&amp;apos;re backed by world-class investors at Menlo Ventures, MetaProp and Expa.&lt;/div&gt;

 &lt;h4&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/h4&gt;
 &lt;ul&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Maintain existing customer-facing application while expanding functionality to incorporate an advanced search experience as well as a collaborative project management workspace&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Rapidly prototype with an ability to independently drive UX design decisions&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Work closely with backend engineers to build a tightly-integrated frontend&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Optimize web application for maximum speed and scalability&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Maintain rigorous approach to testing while rapidly shipping product iterations&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;/ul&gt;
 &lt;h4&gt;Qualifications&lt;/h4&gt;
 &lt;ul&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;5+ years of production-level experience in software engineering - ideally with some experience at an early-stage startup&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript; experience with OpenSearch is a plus&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Experience with UX design principles and a keen eye for detail&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Prior experience working on enterprise systems: SAML, SCIM, and access control mechanisms&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Track record of entrepreneurship, open-source contribution or material side projects&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Experience building search products, project management software, mapping products, or document interaction tools&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;Based in NYC and able to work in person most days of the week&lt;/li&gt;

 &lt;li&gt;Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000&lt;/li&gt;
