Share roles in seconds
With just one click you can easily share roles with people in your network via a unique referral link. When candidates click on it they'll see the job posting and can decide whether they want to apply (or not), as they would on any job board.

Refer only the right candidates
You review & either approve or reject every candidate that applies via your link. Quality is key, so you'll earn a higher Reputation Score as your referrals progress further through their interview processes. Approve too many low-quality candidates and your Reputation Score will sink, making it difficult for you to refer candidates to the best jobs on the platform.

Real-time tracking of your referrals
We integrate with companies' applicant tracking systems so we'll notify you as your candidates move to more advanced steps in the recruiting process. And you'll have a Tracking dashboard where you can monitor all the referrals you've made: what roles they've applied for, what stage of the interview process they're in, which companies have paid you, etc.

Collect your bonus!
You've referred a great candidate and the company hired them - now it's time to collect your reward! We take care of all payments - all you have to do is connect your bank account to Draftboard (via our Stripe integration) and we'll deposit the funds due to you - net of Draftboard's cut (never higher than 20%) - in your account as soon as the candidate's Probation Period has finished. Congratulations on your first placement!

Scouts send you only the best candidates
Scouts earn a higher Reputation Score (think of it like an Uber rating) the further their referrals advance through your recruiting process, so they have a strong incentive to filter out the bad ones before they even make it to your ATS. And you set a Reputation Score minimum for your roles so that only the best Scouts are even allowed to refer you candidates.

Whether you hire 1 or 100 employees via Draftboard, we make it super simple for you to pay out the bonus(es): we invoice you and then - only after the Probation period - we pay out the Scout. We take care of W9s, 1099s and everything related to payments - it's seamless and easy for you.

100% free for companies
You pay nothing for Draftboard - no SaaS fees, no monthly fees, no initiation fees, no gimmicks. The only time you'll ever get an invoice from us is if you hire a Draftboard candidate, in which case you'll pay the amount of the referral bonus (which you control), and not a cent more. We then take that referral bonus and distribute it to the Scout, less Draftboard's cut. When you're happy (i.e. you've made a hire), the Scout gets paid; when you're not, they don't.
