We are looking for a process-focused builder who will hit the ground running from day 1, building, and implementing scalable user-focused operational processes that will allow our business to grow without limits. We are looking for a strong people manager who is both laser-focused on the details and can think big-picture to unlock optimal performance and best-in-class user experience.

🧩 What you will do

  • Partner with our VP, Operations to identify, evaluate, and implement systems and tools to understand every user need, maximizing users’ business performance and engagement
  • Lead and inspire the Customer Success and Implementations teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, focusing on users’ onboarding and long-term success
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both Customer Success and Implementations teams to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop CRM system, in collaboration with the technology team, tailored to the specific needs of our user-facing operations.
  • Utilize AI to ensure consistency and quality for all of our restaurant users by defining quality standards and monitoring adherence
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for both Customer Success and Implementations teams.
🔍 Who you are
  • Extremely detailed and organized individual with experience in customer success or implementations
  • MBA Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in building and scaling operational processes (preferably with CRM systems)
  • 4+ years with people management experience
  • Proven ability to apply data-driven and detail-oriented thinking to building and improving processes
  • Demonstrated passion to lead at an early stage startup environment
  • Track record of strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to wear different hats and be a leader in a venture-backed company
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment and are an entrepreneur at your very core
