🧩 Your Role

We are looking for a process-focused builder who will hit the ground running from day 1; building, and implementing scalable user-focused operational processes for onboarding new restaurants that will allow our business to grow without limits. We are looking for someone who is both laser-focused on the details and can think big-picture to unlock optimal performance and best-in-class user experience.

🚀 What you will do

  • Partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, focusing on onboarding users to the Mealco platform to get them up and running quickly and seamlessly.
  • Own and manage the customer onboarding process from contract signing through successful launch.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing regular updates on progress.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement systems and tools to automate and streamline the onboarding process and the business rapidly scales.
  • Monitor and analyze established key performance indicators (KPIs) for Implementations teams to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Discover and analyze gaps in the customer onboarding experience that may lead to customer attrition. Work cross-functionally with others to address such gaps.

🔍 What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on onboarding or implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in the tech industry or with SaaS products in preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Project Management systems.
