Mattermore is calling in an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and execution of our technical vision and strategy. As CTO, you will oversee all technology aspects of our startup, including software architecture, data analytics, infrastructure, and security. You'll be instrumental in developing our AI platform and data pipelines to unlock the full potential of sales teams. With your hands-on expertise, you'll shape solutions from the ground up that enable managers to become better leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's technical vision, strategy and roadmap

Lead engineering teams in designing, developing and deploying innovative software products and data pipelines

Architect robust, scalable cloud-based systems and integrate APIs with other tools

Establish best practices for agile software development, testing, deployment and DevOps

Leverage data analytics and metrics to drive business decisions

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends

Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology with business goals

Attract, recruit and retain top technical talent by fostering a positive team culture
Requirements
-
4+ years in CTO or Lead Engineering roles at tech startups

Deep expertise in modern software engineering, data science and cloud infrastructure

Experience building integrations into sales stack and workplace collaboration tools (CRM, Teams, Slac)

Proven ability to build high-performance engineering teams

Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity

Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
