You will be part of the engineering team at ATC, where your main focus will be to drive our current application's evolution from a diligence tool into an enterprise, collaborative platform. Our product's mission is to expedite the land use approval process by providing our customers streamlined access to critical information and sophisticated workflow tools. We're a first-mover addressing the most critical part of the real estate development process, and we're backed by world-class investors at Menlo Ventures, MetaProp and Expa.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing customer-facing application while expanding functionality to incorporate an advanced search experience as well as a collaborative project management workspace
• Rapidly prototype with an ability to independently drive UX design decisions
• Work closely with backend engineers to build a tightly-integrated frontend
• Optimize web application for maximum speed and scalability
• Maintain rigorous approach to testing while rapidly shipping product iterations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production-level experience in software engineering - ideally with some experience at an early-stage startup
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript; experience with OpenSearch is a plus
• Experience with UX design principles and a keen eye for detail
• Prior experience working on enterprise systems: SAML, SCIM, and access control mechanisms
• Track record of entrepreneurship, open-source contribution or material side projects
• Experience building search products, project management software, mapping products, or document interaction tools
• Based in NYC and able to work in person most days of the week

• Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000
